Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to capture business from the CIS and European leisure markets.
- Identify, negotiate, and establish strong relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, DMCs, and online distribution partners in these regions.
- Actively prospect new accounts and maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop customized promotions and campaigns for leisure travelers from the CIS and European markets.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to maintain Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai's competitive edge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key travel partners, luxury travel agencies, and high-net-worth clients in the CIS and European markets.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections to strengthen engagement and drive revenue.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and roadshows in CIS and European feeder markets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Work closely with the revenue management team to ensure competitive pricing and maximize profitability.
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets aligned with the hotel's business objectives.
- Support and collaborate with the wider sales and marketing team to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Assist in mentoring junior sales team members, fostering a high-performance and results-driven culture.
- Ensure compliance with Hyatt's brand standards and sales policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel sales, with a strong focus on the leisure segment.
- Proven expertise in managing business from the CIS and European markets is highly preferred.
- Established network of travel trade partners, tour operators, and agencies within the CIS and European markets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English; Russian and/or an additional European language is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with sales systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as required for sales trips, trade shows, and client meetings.
