We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven sales and business development professional to spearhead our sales efforts in the Middle East and Africa region for our suite of supply chain SaaS solutions, including Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transportation Management System (TMS), and allied B2B supply chain products. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the Middle Eastern and Africa market, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales. This role demands a strategic thinker who can drive business growth while nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders in the region.


What will you do at Fynd?


Regional Sales Strategy & Execution:
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored for the market to achieve revenue and market penetration goals.
  2. Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities in industries such as retail, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution.

Revenue & Business Growth:
  1. Own and manage the P&L for sales of WMS, TMS, and allied supply chain SaaS solutions in the region.
  2. Achieve and exceed regional revenue and growth targets.
  3. Expand the customer base by acquiring new accounts and deepening relationships with existing clients.

Market Penetration & Partnerships:
  1. Establish and strengthen partnerships with regional distributors, resellers, and implementation partners to scale market reach.
  2. Understand and navigate the unique cultural, regulatory, and economic factors affecting business in the region.

Team Building & Leadership:
  1. Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team specialized in the region.
  2. Set clear KPIs and ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds targets.
  3. Provide ongoing coaching and development to enhance team capabilities.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:
  1. Build relationships with key decision-makers, including CXOs, supply chain heads, and IT leaders across target industries.
  2. Lead high-value sales negotiations and ensure timely deal closures.
  3. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and challenges.

Product Collaboration & Feedback:
  1. Work closely with product and marketing teams to align product offerings with regional customer requirements.
  2. Provide market insights and feedback to drive product innovation and customization.

Market Intelligence & Reporting:
  1. Stay updated on regional market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes.
  2. Provide senior management with regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and market insights.

Some Specific Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is highly desirable.
  2. At least 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in supply chain, logistics, or SaaS-based solutions.
  3. Proven track record of quota attainment.
  4. Demonstrated success in selling WMS, TMS, or similar supply chain products in the Middle East region.
  5. Strong understanding of supply chain processes, challenges, and technology applications.
  6. Deep knowledge of market dynamics, business culture, and regulatory environment.
  7. Proven ability to build and lead a high-performing sales team.
  8. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  9. Experience working with multi-cultural teams and clients in the region.
