Our client is a leading international consulting firm.

Role:

The Associate Director role involves overseeing pre-construction cost management activities, ensuring projects are strategically positioned for success. This leadership role involves driving cost planning, feasibility analysis, and estimation processes while working closely with stakeholders to meet complex project demands.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee cost estimation, feasibility studies, benchmarking, and cost planning.
2. Develop and enforce cost control measures to manage budgets effectively.
3. Provide strategic input on procurement approaches and contract structures.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
5. Utilise tools such as COSTX to streamline cost management processes.
6. Mentor and guide teams to deliver on organisational and project goals.

Requirements:

1. 16+ years of experience in cost management, with significant expertise in pre-construction.
2. Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) is mandatory.
3. Strong track record in cost estimation, feasibility studies, benchmarking, cost planning, and cost control.
4. Experience managing aviation, infrastructure, buildings, and master-planned projects.
5. Proficiency in COSTX software.
6. Exceptional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
