Job Purpose:
The Associate Director – Business Performance & PMO is responsible for overseeing enterprise-wide performance management, strategic project execution, and governance across the holding group’s entertainment portfolio. This role ensures the successful delivery of business initiatives aligned with corporate strategy, while establishing and optimizing PMO frameworks. The incumbent will provide data-driven insights and reporting to drive informed decision-making at the executive level.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Performance Management:
Develop and implement robust business performance monitoring frameworks, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms across all business units.
Lead the analysis of financial and operational performance, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities for growth and efficiency.
Partner with Finance and Strategy teams to drive business planning, forecasting, and continuous performance improvements.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
Project Management Office (PMO):
Establish, manage, and enhance the PMO function to ensure alignment of strategic projects with business objectives.
Oversee the development and implementation of project governance standards, tools, and methodologies.
Monitor the execution of key initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and achievement of targeted outcomes.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful implementation.
Lead cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and accountability across departments.
Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership:
Act as a strategic advisor to the Executive Director and senior leadership, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of two direct reports, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align initiatives and ensure seamless execution of strategic objectives.
Champion a results-oriented and continuous improvement mindset across the organization
Mandatory requirements:

Experience managing Multi-million Dirham budgets
10 years minimum in same or similar role (Strategy, business excellence and PMO)
Bachelors degree minimum qualification
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
