We are looking to add a client growth partner who can play the account manager role for existing clients as well as bring new clients in the MENA region in the education space.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the education practice team and geo sales to identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business in the education sector.
  • Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals, decks, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations.
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, including negotiating and closing legal agreements and utilizing product demos and presentations.
  • Work closely with existing educational clients in the region to ensure account growth.
  • Responsible for relationship building and establishing Nagarro as a trusted partner by working closely with the customer.
  • Seek references/testimonials from customers to capture customer vision and ensure the delivery meets expectations.
  • Work and collaborate with the Delivery Manager to smoothen out delivery issues (progress, cost, budgets, etc.) and manage client expectations. Identify topics on which Nagarro can innovate and consult to create strategic breakthroughs for the client business.
  • Identify service improvements to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the escalation point for onsite resources when issues arise with resources and manage any dispute or conflict.
  • Manage the contractual, financial, and legal aspects (Invoicing, receivables, MSA, SOWs, renewals, etc.).
