Job description
  • The Associate, Data Analysis, will be responsible for supporting the Business Performance team by analyzing data related to asset protection and inspection activities. This role will focus on providing insights that drive performance improvement initiatives and support strategic decision-making.
  • General Responsibilities:
  1. Policy, Procedures, Process and Systems
    • Ensure the compliance of organization’s policy, systems, processes, procedures, and controls in line with group delegation of authority policy so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service in a consistent manner.
  2. Reporting
    • Ensure that all reports are completed timely and comply with the business policies and standards.
    • Manage the preparation of periodical management reports and progress reports to keep the business senior management informed about the progress of various initiatives and to facilitate decision-making.
    • Comply with organization’s requirements in a timely manner.
  • Job Specific Responsibilities:
    1. Gather and compile data from various sources related to asset protection, incident reporting, and operational performance.
    2. Conduct detailed analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
    3. Assist in the development of regular performance reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
    4. Support the tracking and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to asset protection and inspection activities.
    5. Work closely with the Business Performance team and other departments to ensure alignment on data analysis initiatives.
    6. Provide ad hoc data analysis and reporting support as requested by management and other stakeholders.
    7. Identify opportunities for enhancing data collection and analysis processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
    8. Maintain accurate documentation of data analysis processes, methodologies, and findings.
    9. Assist in training team members on data analysis tools and techniques as needed.
    10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and performance measurement.
  • HSE, Security, and Risk Protocols:

    6. Report all HSE and security incidents and work-related injuries.
    7. Not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided at the workplace that supports the interest of HSE, security and welfare.
  • Job requirements:
    1. Essential Requirements
      • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
      • Up to 3 years of relevant working experience.
    2. Desired Requirements
      • Master’s degree in data science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
