We're seeking a highly motivated and strategically astute Arabic speaking Associate Creative Director that has exposure to projects in Saudi Arabia. MUST be an Arabic speaker (Familiar with the Saudi dialect is preferred)

You'll be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of creative professionals to conceptualise, develop, and execute innovative advertising campaigns that meet our clients' objectives and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the creative process and manage a team of copywriters, designers, and art directors to ensure the delivery of high-quality, on-brand creative work.
2. Collaborate closely with account executives, strategists, and other stakeholders to understand client needs, objectives, and target audience insights.
3. Conceptualise and develop strategic campaign concepts that align with client briefs and effectively communicate the client's message.
4. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
5. Present creative concepts and strategies to clients in a compelling and persuasive manner, effectively articulating the rationale behind creative decisions.
6. Oversee the execution of campaigns from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring all work is on-brand, on-strategy, and meets the highest creative standards.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising and creative production.
8. Participate in new business pitches, contributing innovative ideas and creative solutions to win new clients and grow existing accounts.
