Associate - Community Engagement

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a creative and bilingual (Arabic/English) professional with 3-8 years of experience in social media management, digital content creation, and community engagement. This role plays a key part in fostering meaningful connections between the Bureau and its audiences by developing compelling multilingual content, managing digital platforms, and ensuring alignment with the Bureau's strategic objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Multilingual Content Development

• Social media posts (graphics + copy) in Arabic & English
• Short videos with Arabic/English captions or voiceovers
• Infographics and visual assets with dual-language support
• Ensure all visual designs accommodate Arabic/English text layouts

2. Website Management & Content Updates

• Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring optimal functionality, user experience, and performance
• Regularly update website content (text, images, videos, and documents) to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Manage CMS and coordinate with external vendors if required

3. Initiative Implementation

• Support bilingual community programs and awareness campaigns
• Adapt engagement strategies for Arabic/English audiences

4. Design Agency Coordination

• Serve as linguistic bridge for design projects requiring Arabic/English assets
• Verify translations and cultural appropriateness of all materials

5. Branding Monitoring & Compliance

• Audit branding consistency across Arabic/English materials
• Ensure visual identity works effectively in both languages

6. Branding Request Management

• Facilitate bilingual design briefs between teams and agencies
• Quality-check Arabic/English versions of final deliverables

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Education

Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, Communications, Graphic Design

2. Experience

3-8 years of experience in social media management, digital content creation, and community engagement

3. Design Tools:

• Figma (Arabic/English text layouts)
• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (Arabic typography handling)
• Canva (bilingual templates)
• CMS: Sitecore management and editing (preferable)
• Video Tools: CapCut/Premiere Rush (Arabic/English captions)

4. Additional Skills:

• Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to produce error-free content in both languages
• Understanding of cultural nuances in Arabic/English communication
• Experience creating content for Arabic-speaking audiences
• Knowledge of right-to-left (RTL) design principles for Arabic content
• Ability to adapt visual designs for dual-language formats
