We are looking for an experienced Associate Director of Content to lead, launch and execute the social media content strategies for Publicis Groupe Middle East and for the individual agency social channels across the region to ensure cohesive and impactful communication as per business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in social media management, content creation, and digital strategy, with the ability to drive engagement and growth across multiple platforms. This role includes managing a direct report and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to deliver innovative and effective content solutions.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in social media management or content strategy, preferably for a B2B organisation or for an agency in the advertising/media/communications industry.
• Experience with social media analytics and management platforms like Sprout.
• Knowledge of paid social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Expertise in using creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva is an asset.
• Experience with managing team members and acting as a mentor.
• English proficiency, Arabic writing a plus.
