Job Description

- Work closely with the Business Lead to drive operational excellence at every step of the creative process - from initial brief intake all the way to final asset delivery.
- Take overall responsibility for the development and management of the streams of work.
- Active involvement in Strategy Reviews, Financial Updates, and Brand, Retail, Digital & Social Campaigns.
- Lead the day-to-day workflow across Brand, Retail & Social teams.
- Lead the integrated communications across Communication, Media, CRM & PR teams.
- Monitor projects and workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly.
- Play a dual role of client advocate and internal team advocate.

Qualifications

1. 8 years+ experience in marketing or advertising.
2. Organized and detail-focused.
3. High degree of customer orientation, communication skills, and assertiveness, coupled with diplomatic skills and a confident appearance.
4. High level of initiative, goal orientation, and ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams; expert at prioritization, can evaluate the needs of multiple stakeholders and make efficient decisions.
5. Proactive, forward-thinking, and collaborative.
6. Good knowledge of the end-to-end flow of large scale projects including production (shoot).
7. Experience in managing multi-market projects and proactive risk mitigation/problem-solving.
8. Exceptional written, visual, and verbal cross-functional communication skills.
9. Proven track record of collaboration, taking ownership, and driving results.
10. Excellent language skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
11. Payment/Technology experience would be preferred.
