  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings
  • Maintaining and monitoring weekly schedule of broker management team
  • Organize and provide reports and information daily / weekly / monthly
  • New Broker Registrations, Agreement Renewals
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Maintaining Broker Portal information up to date
  • Aldar Insights monitoring updates
  • Monitoring and maintaining open house / road show /international and local sales event schedule
