About Our Client

Our client is a prestigious private equity firm based in Abu Dhabi, with an outstanding track record in real estate hospitality transactions globally. This is an exciting opportunity for an associate to join their growing and highly successful Asia hotels and hospitality team based in Abu Dhabi. The role will focus on direct, fund, co-investment and platform investments in hotel assets across major markets. They are looking for someone with buy-side or investment experience in Japanese, or South Korean hotel markets.

What the job involves

1. Involvement in all aspects of the transaction process from origination to execution and portfolio management
2. Developing and analysing financial models
3. Leading certain workstreams such as various diligence processes as well being the point of contact for industry experts, management teams and investment partners
4. Working alongside other top-tier asset managers / private equity funds on co-investment opportunities

Who we are looking for

1. We welcome applications from everywhere but experienced investing in Japanese, or South Korean hotel markets is essential
2. Experience of working in real estate hotels and hospitality in private equity
3. Outstanding academics from a top-tier university
4. Strong business acumen and high professional integrity
