Job description

Extending effective and efficient support to Aldar Sales arms (Abu Dhabi, Dubai and international, Land and Business Development) on pricing, performance reports, promotional campaigns and inventory management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in developing and communicating the sales strategy in conjunction with the line manager.
  2. Assist in the implementation of sales strategy and pricing to ensure proper preparation of units before launches.
  3. Project manage overall launch along with key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
  4. Monitor and review the implementation of sales strategy.
  5. Monitor financials and budgets, raising concerns and red flags to line managers.
  6. Ensure accurate and periodic reporting and stats of sales on a monthly basis, analyzing data to identify performance trends.
  7. Ensure proper execution of sales approvals and memos.
  8. Review and update the status of inventory to the sales teams.
  9. Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, forecasting financial returns.
  10. Conduct preliminary benchmarking on competitors within the local market on products and pricing to support extending a USP for the sales teams.
  11. Extend overall tactical and operational support to all sales arms to ensure smooth execution of sales.
