JOB PURPOSE
• Driving the digital transformation strategy for our Retail and Hospitality verticals.
• Responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with our broader business objectives and meets the unique needs of the Retail and Hospitality markets.
• Overseeing the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and market research to launch and post-launch optimization.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sets Product Vision and Strategy.
- Generates hypotheses to address user pain points/achieve goals.
- Aligns on division of work between product teams.
- Identifies where additional research is needed.
- Synthesizes problems into stories/solutions.
- Accountable for deciding prioritization (p0s, p1s), vision, stakeholder sign-off.
- Leads designers through problems to address for early approaches.
- Writes acceptance criteria.
- Prioritizes tasks in backlog (with engineering).
- Solicits cost estimates from engineering (when necessary).
- Solicits mock-ups/alterations from Designers.
- Accountable party to meeting goals.
- Monitors metrics and KPIs during rollout.
- Decision maker for implementing proposed adjustments, fast-follows, bug prioritization and other active launch decisions.
RELATED YEAR OF EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 8+ years experience in product management, product operations, consulting, or similar roles (emphasis on experience in the retail leasing and/or tourism, hospitality space).
• Experience with agile lifecycles, product management tools, and product development processes.

- Experience with data visualization tools, Jira, Confluence, and Google Analytics is a plus.
QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, computer science, or similar field.
