Support with the management, operational activities and enhancements for the annual Performance Management cycle.

Create how-to guides and colleague tools to support with the education, awareness, and upskilling of performance management.
Support with the development of a Library of Standard Objectives and ensure linked to the Job level.
Champion a performance-driven culture by supporting periodic roadshows and workshops to engage staff, raise awareness, and promote the performance framework.
Manage the calendar of Performance Management activities.
Ensure learning outcomes are provided to the Learning and Development team.
Support with business reporting, tracking, and analysis in relation to balanced scorecards and performance management.
Continually review and improve the PM policy and processes to ensure best practice and its relevance to the business.
