We are a DFSA-regulated investment advisory firm based in Dubai, UAE, operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. We are looking for a proactive and digitally savvy Assistant to the CEOs (UBOs) to provide comprehensive support to our executive leadership and affiliated businesses owned by the Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs). This role requires flexibility, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities:
Manage the CEOs schedules, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Provide support for both CEOs and clients with various administrative and organizational tasks.
Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication.
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations and handle briefing materials for meetings.
Organize and maintain confidential records and files for the CEOs and clients, upholding high standards of discretion.
Assist with both professional and personal tasks for the CEOs and the UBOs, including personal requests as needed.
Handle repetitive administrative tasks and respond to ad hoc requests across the organization.
Assist in organizing events, managing logistics, and coordinating with other departments and businesses owned by the UBOs.
Take on various additional responsibilities as required, adapting to the evolving needs and specific requests of the CEOs and UBOs.
Demonstrate digital adaptability and independent problem-solving within a hybrid work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred, with a strong academic record.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally supporting C-level executives and clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools; digital savviness is essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Flexibility to work extra hours as needed and manage a hybrid work schedule.
Strong attention to detail and discretion, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
