Assistant to General Manager MEA (all genders)

• Overseeing office logistics, employee contract/visa management, and expense tracking.
• Acting as a liaison between the General Manager, Free Zone authorities, GBO service providers, and distributors.
• Planning and executing key events (e.g., launches, distributor meetings) and tracking assigned projects.
• Conducting market research, managing forecasting/budgeting cycles, and preparing detailed reports.
• Serving as the SAP SuccessFactors Key User for the MEA region.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to join our team. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Location: Must be based in Dubai.
• Experience: Prior work experience in healthcare, med-tech industry (or similar) in UAE is essential, with a strong understanding of the local market and business environment.
• Proven expertise in office and project management, event coordination, and market research.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and familiarity with tools like SAP SuccessFactors is an added advantage.
