He/she works closely with the Boutique Manager to contribute to run properly the Boutique, meeting KPI’s and striving to achieve assigned goals. He/she is responsible for clienteling, commercial performance, visual merchandising, operations, sales, profitability, team and management.
Commercial performance
Optimize sales & reach the targets, in line with the objectives & guidelines monitoring the quality of reception in the boutique and its commercial attractiveness.
Monitor & analysis of the sales and KPI’s
Assist clients in their journey, develop “up-selling” and additional sales, promoting premium category
Optimizing the way boutique activities are organized
Recruiting new clientele
Store management
Motivating team members
Informing and coordinating
Ensure the perfect maintenance of the boutique & the excellence of service
Assist the Boutique Manager and develop individual skills
Day to day operations (Cash desk, after sales, reporting, staff schedule)
Be aware of competitors' trading activities and best practices
Clienteling
Develop and maintain a client database, being a privileged contact for customers and maximize their relationship with the brand
Retain & upgrade your local and international clientele
Participate to work on CRM
Leverage clienteling tools to achieve goals
Improve Mystery Shopper Results with action plans
Brand Ambassador
Promoting the boutique both internally and externally
Sharing the passion
Taking part in the implementation of merchandising guidelines
Contributing to the Maison’s projects
Provide excellence and unique precious moment of culture, emotions and surprises
Promote awareness of the brand heritage to inspire clientele
Votre profil
5 years' experience in a Supervisor role in Luxury Sales
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is preferred
English fluent another foreign language is an advantage
Commercial spirit, challenging and goal achievements
Strong passion for the jewelry sector and the Maison Chaumet
Administration and financial skills
Computer skills and Retail management system knowledge
Empathy and good listening skills
Business acumen with client focus, storytelling skills, excellent written and oral expression
