The first Pellini retail store opened its doors in 1990 in Brussels, Belgium. The group began its activities in Beirut, primarily as a manufacturer, and later on expanded into retail. Today, Pellini Group's stores can be found in many cities, always strategically located on main shopping streets and in well-known malls.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an assistant store manager at Pellini Collection located in Dubai. The assistant store manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to selling fashion products, assisting customers in-store, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to meet sales targets.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 2 years experience in retail sales and customer service, preferably in the fashion industry.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  3. Ability to train and motivate a high-performing team.
  4. Ability to manage daily operations, including POS transactions, merchandise transfers, and online orders.
  5. Commitment to ensuring exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues promptly.
  6. Experience with implementing and monitoring KPIs and sales targets.
  7. Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to store growth and success.
