Responsibilities
- Deliver strong functional expertise, creativity, and entrepreneurial leadership to meet the business needs of the operations for Security and Safety.
- Strive to achieve optimum operating results while providing guests with the highest level of service and satisfaction.
- Demonstrate and communicate key drivers of guest satisfaction for the brand’s Target Customers.
- Ensure guest-oriented and innovative operations approaches to maintain high standards of service for guests.
Qualifications
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
- Strong operational and technical knowledge.
- Successful pre-opening experience is a distinct advantage.
- Goa market experience is a plus.
- Strong operations background.
- Strong process orientation.
- Strong leadership abilities and organizational skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, thinks outside the box.
- Able to drive change and seek operational efficiencies and synergies across the network.
- Go-getter; comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding the scope of responsibilities.
