Assistant Security Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver strong functional expertise, creativity, and entrepreneurial leadership to meet the business needs of the operations for Security and Safety.
• Strive to achieve optimum operating results while providing guests with the highest level of service and satisfaction.
• Demonstrate and communicate key drivers of guest satisfaction for the brand’s Target Customers.
• Ensure guest-oriented and innovative operations approaches to maintain high standards of service for guests.

Qualifications

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

• Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Strong operational and technical knowledge.
• Successful pre-opening experience is a distinct advantage.
• Goa market experience is a plus.
• Strong operations background.
• Strong process orientation.
• Strong leadership abilities and organizational skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, thinks outside the box.
• Able to drive change and seek operational efficiencies and synergies across the network.
• Go-getter; comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding the scope of responsibilities.
