Job Description
- Support the Sales Manager in developing and executing strategic sales plans that align with company objectives to boost revenue.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and new market segments.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior sales staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge for success.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred for a foundational understanding of sales strategies.
- A minimum of 3 years of progressive sales experience in a relevant industry, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving targets.
