Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager – Generators & Heavy Equipment

Job Responsibilities

• Drive sales for Equipment Rentals / Trading and After-Sales Service (AMC) solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction, industrial, and commercial sectors.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high service standards.
• Work closely with the service and operations team to ensure seamless customer support.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in Senior Sales, preferably in Generators Rental / Trading and AMC, Heavy Equipment Rental / Trading, Scaffoldings, Building Materials, Industrial Equipment Spare Parts, HVAC Cooling Systems, Pumps or Similar Industry.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Equipment rental & After-sales service operations.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• License: Must hold a valid UAE driver’s license for client visits.
