Sell assigned products to all Industries - Energy, Mining, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Government.
Register the company to new companies (End Users) and generate inquiries for the product list.
Maintain excellent technical knowledge about the company products.
Identify export possibilities.
Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and communication.
Stay in constant touch with the Line Manager for guidance, reviews outstanding quotations, updates on the market, and advises improvement of the system to comply with the quality policy.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
Follow up on the collection of outstanding payment. In case of any default, report the case to the Department Head.
Submit weekly and monthly customer visit, inquiry logs, and weekly planner and quotation status report to the Line Manager.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
Desired Candidate Profile:
5 to 10 years of relevant Sales Experience in Oil and Gas, Marine, Hydraulic & Instrumentation trading companies is expected; however, competitive & energetic talent with lesser experience is always appreciated by the management, and all the needed support will be provided.
Having an existing clientele with a good relationship (Abu-Dhabi Region also preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Having an existing Export Clientele.
Strong understanding of the industry, market trends, and customer needs.
Analytical thinking, articulate personality, and ability to work under pressure.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to meet tight deadlines.
