Job Responsibilities

Sales Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise market.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals to secure new business and expand our client base.

Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key enterprise accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to drive client success and achieve long-term business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality staffing solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance, providing regular updates and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or concerns that arise, maintaining a positive and professional relationship with clients.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.

Job Requirement / Qualifications

  • Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the Staffing industry or HR tech background.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of staffing solutions, workforce management, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
