Job Responsibilities
Sales Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise market.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach and networking.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate and close deals to secure new business and expand our client base.
Account Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for key enterprise accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Develop and implement account strategies to drive client success and achieve long-term business goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality staffing solutions that meet client expectations.
Monitor and analyze account performance, providing regular updates and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
Resolve any issues or concerns that arise, maintaining a positive and professional relationship with clients.
Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
Job Requirement / Qualifications
Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the Staffing industry or HR tech background.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of staffing solutions, workforce management, and industry best practices.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
