Job description

Job Purpose:

Working in a partnership with Brands, Marketing and Finance, the Assistant Manager of Revenue Management will coordinate the development of Americana’s revenue impacting activities such as marketing ROI, new products, limited time offers, marketing calendar and marketing investments, discounting or any other activity that may impact the revenue line.

All Brands, All Countries

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting and preparing marketing spends, ROI and defining marketing cadence and governance
  • Influence marketing activities, product portfolio and promotions of a brand to drive profitable revenue growth
  • Create and analyse channel level PnL and suggest recommendations to senior leaders and brand leads
  • Closely monitors competitive pricing and create response plans
  • Is responsible for Driving Menu & Menu communication ownership: Ensures increased profitability
  • Is responsible for Final menu boards, websites, apps, and aggregators placing and price communication.
  • Is responsible for Driving Add-on and upsizing strategy
  • Run country mix, brand mix and menu mix analysis to determine the monetary impact of total mix and present the recommendations and action plans to the management
  • Coordinate Brand and Market Insights to develop internal benchmarking & translate into measurable KPIs and scorecards
  • Run item level up to market brand level profitability analysis and highlight opportunity areas
  • Map and Optimize margin pools across channels (Dine In, Take Out, Delivery, Online)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferred) or Finance / Economics
  • MBA preferred
  • Statistics / Math / Economics Knowledge

Experience:

  • 5+ years experience with the FMCG / Retail / Restaurant Industry

Technical Skills:

  • Working knowledge of advance excel tools
  • Knowledge of python/SQL will be a plus

Knowledge:

  • Extensive knowledge of Marketing Spends, channels, media and marketing agency.
  • Knowledge of marketing and trade marketing.
