Assist restaurant manager in overall management of restaurant & room service. Assist in the preparation of annual operating budget. Also be responsible in maximizing profitability, analyzing menu and products of the restaurant & room service. Oversee staff training and ensure guest service standards are met. Inspect the cleanliness and physical condition of equipment and furniture in the restaurant.
Job Requirements
Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Hotel Management or relevant discipline
Minimum of 2-3 years in F&B experience
Good knowledge in the Food & Beverage products and high-end service levels
Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken
Organized with strong planning, good communication and interpersonal skills
