Main Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction in the Lobby Lounge.
2. Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver impeccable service and hospitality.
3. Supervise staff performance, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
4. Monitor and control inventory and stock levels, minimizing waste.
5. Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service and efficient communication.
6. Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner.
7. Assist with scheduling, staff allocations, and operational tasks.
8. Oversee hotel policies and procedures, ensuring health and safety compliance.

Candidate Profile:

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine-dining establishment.
2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and manage a diverse team.
3. Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are a plus).
4. In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards.
5. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. A proactive and guest-focused attitude with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
8. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
