Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction in the Lobby Lounge.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver impeccable service and hospitality.
- Supervise staff performance, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
- Monitor and control inventory and stock levels, minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service and efficient communication.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with scheduling, staff allocations, and operational tasks.
- Oversee hotel policies and procedures, ensuring health and safety compliance.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine-dining establishment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive and guest-focused attitude with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
