Assistant Restaurant Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Lead process teams for various project stages (feasibility, concept study, pre-FEED, FEED, basic engineering, tender design, detailed engineering).
• Review ITT documents, prepare technical queries, and provide technical inputs and man-hour estimates for proposals.
• Ensure process engineering deliverables meet project schedules, tender requirements, and quality standards.
• Identify and address design / contractual issues and schedule impacts.
• Develop initial design calculations and conceptual diagrams.
• Prepare / review process simulations, BFDs, PFDs, and P&IDs.

Specify and size process equipment and provide process data.

• Conduct relief valve sizing, flare system design, and hydraulic performance analysis.
• Review engineering documents and ensure interdisciplinary alignment.
• Provide on-site engineering support during construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning stages.
• Strong technical knowledge and design / analytical skills.
• Proficiency in process simulation tools (HYSYS, UNISIM, PROMAX) and hydraulic simulations.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of professional experience in industrial facility design.
• Experience in feasibility studies, conceptual design, pre-FEED, and FEED design.
