Assistant Restaurant Manager
Job description
Supervise Daily Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Spike Bar ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant and bar services.
- Ensure that service standards are consistently met and guests receive a high level of service.
Team Management:
- Assist in training, supervising, and motivating the F&B team to provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate staff schedules and delegate tasks to ensure efficient service.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Ensure a friendly, efficient, and personalized service to all guests.
- Address customer feedback or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
Inventory & Stock Management:
- Assist in monitoring stock levels of food and beverages, placing orders when necessary, and ensuring proper storage and stock rotation.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards.
Financial Management:
- Support in achieving financial targets, controlling costs, and minimizing wastage.
- Assist with budgeting and managing operational expenses.
Health & Safety Compliance:
- Ensure that the restaurant complies with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Enforce proper hygiene practices and safe working conditions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the F&B industry, preferably within the hospitality sector.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and team management.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with guests and staff effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- UAE experience preferred.
- UAE Driving License is an advantage.
