Job Purpose

We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team of F&B professionals within one of our well-known, stylish concepts located in Dubai. A passion for food and beverage and a genuine ability to create and provide the ultimate guest experience will be the natural qualities of the best candidates for this role.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 4 to 5 years of full-service, fine or upper casual dining restaurant management experience within well-known brands in the UAE. Experience within homegrown concepts will be an added advantage.
• Relevant F&B and/or hospitality management professional qualifications.
• A vibrant, outgoing & dynamic personality combined with excellent communication skills in English.
• A proven track record of meeting set targets.
• A-grade customer orientation & service skills.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
