Assistant Reservations Manager
As the beginning of a remarkable guest journey, you will guide the team in delivering warm, personalized service as an Assistant Reservations Manager, ensuring each guest feels valued and excited for their stay.

What you will be doing:

  1. Oversee daily reservation operations and ensure efficient booking processes.
  2. Supervise and train reservations team, providing guidance and feedback.
  3. Handle guest inquiries, resolve booking issues, and ensure excellent customer service.
  4. Maintain and update reservation systems for accuracy and availability.
  5. Collaborate with front desk, sales, and marketing teams to optimize bookings.
  6. Assist with room rates, promotions, and special requests.
  7. Prepare reports on occupancy, reservations, and key metrics.
  8. Resolve guest complaints and booking discrepancies.
  9. Promote upgrades and additional services during the booking process.
  10. Assist the Director of Revenue in overseeing the department's performance and strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  1. Minimum experience of two years in a similar role in 5-star Luxury Hotel.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or equivalent.
  3. Knowledge in MS Office and Opera system.
  4. Strong interpersonal, problem-solving abilities, and leadership skills.
