Assistant Receiver (Dubai, United Arab Emirates)

Responsibilities:

1. Receives ordered products and merchandise from the different suppliers.
2. Monitors and coordinates deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to the restaurant on time.
3. Physically checks on the quantity and quality of each product received, comparing the quantity and specification of the product.
4. Stores products properly in the allocated places.
5. Administers a comprehensive inventory count on all products once every month and a full count at the end of each fiscal year.
