We Are Hiring: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor (Assistant QS) to support the Quantity Surveyor in managing project costs, contracts, and procurement in construction projects. Their role involves cost estimation, budgeting, and ensuring financial efficiency while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software.
• Understanding of construction contracts (FIDIC, JCT, NEC, etc.).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE or the Middle East.
