We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our team for the BP_ROO Project in Abu Dhabi. As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the project meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality management strategies and plans for all phases of the Feed Design EPCM project, with a key focus on Design Assurance.
Implement a Project Quality Management System (PQMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and contract requirements.
Manage the delivery of quality objectives by providing leadership and direction to team members.
Prepare and implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP).
Lead the implementation of project quality requirements in accordance with the PQP and contract.
Ensure all project team members are aware of the PQP and meet its requirements.
Implement and manage the Risk Based Audit Program to monitor adherence and identify improvements to the PQMS.
Monitor and independently report to the Project Manager on the effectiveness of the PQMS.
Identify and resolve deviations from project requirements and establish systems to avoid recurrence.
Monitor the application and effectiveness of the PQMS and provide recommendations for management review.
Establish and report on project quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Manage the project quality induction program.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project specifications.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and quality records.
Lead quality training and awareness programs for project team members.
Additional Responsibilities
Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
Coordinate with third-party quality assurance teams to ensure project compliance.
Manage supplier quality and conduct supplier audits as necessary.
Facilitate internal and external quality reviews to gather feedback and improve processes.
Drive a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement throughout the project team.
Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into the project's quality management system.
Provide guidance and support to project team members on quality-related matters.
Ensure that all project deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards.
Lead root cause analysis investigations for quality incidents and develop action plans for resolution.
Conduct risk assessments related to quality and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a Quality Manager in the EPCM industry, preferably in feed design projects.
Strong knowledge of quality management principles, tools, and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
