The purpose of this role is to maintain employee records and process employee requests in line with the policy and processes while maintaining internal customer service standards.
Regular inspection of vehicles and drivers to ensure the quality is maintained as set by the Transport Authority.
Conduct regular field trips to inspect the different taxi stations and ensure their compliance with quality guidelines.
Conduct regular field checkups for Black Trips and take appropriate action against the violated drivers.
Investigate and take action on drivers in violation.
Ensure the implementation of quality guidelines mandated by the Transport Authority and that activities of quality control align with overall organizational objectives.
Assist drivers on-site with any issues (vehicle/customer complaints) and guide them appropriately.
Prepare reports, ensuring they are compiled as per the policies and procedures of the department.
High School Certification / Diploma.
A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience.
