We are currently hiring a dynamic Assistant Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and revenue growth. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, leverages AI-driven solutions, and excels in project execution, KPI management, and process optimization.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead strategic projects that enhance efficiency and business performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Client Experience to streamline processes and resolve challenges.
• Analyze data and KPIs, providing actionable insights for leadership.
• Drive innovation by integrating AI-powered solutions into business operations.
• Develop high-impact presentations for senior management.
• Ensure compliance by reviewing legal and regulatory documents.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering growth and accountability.
• Prioritize tasks effectively, handling multiple high-stakes initiatives.

To join our team, you will have:

• MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• 5-7 years’ experience in project management, operations, or strategy (preferably in a free zone or regulated environment).
• Strategic thinker with a strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communicator and influencer with a track record of managing stakeholders.
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-driven, thriving in dynamic environments.
• Tech-savvy, with experience in implementing AI or digital transformation initiatives.

Language skills:

• English.
• Any other language is desirable.
