• A minimum of three years of university-level teaching experience after attaining the doctorate degree for non-UAE nationals
• A minimum of three years of experience with academic accreditation requirements after attaining the doctorate degree
• Publication of at least three specialized research papers in Scopus-indexed journals (Q1 or Q2)
• Proficiency in using computerized educational and administrative programs
• Fluency in teaching in English, with strong communication skills in Arabic
• Ability to work with students from diverse cultures and nationalities.
