We are currently looking for an Assistant Production Manager seeking short-term employment or project-based contract (start date - Now till March).

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Production Manager, based in Dubai. As the Assistant Production Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our production company's operations during our stay in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Stay in Dubai:
- Manage logistics related to the production team's stay, including accommodation, transportation, and any other essential needs.
- Ensure a comfortable and conducive environment for the production team to focus on delivering top-notch performances. - Itinerary Management:
- Oversee the fulfillment of the itinerary, including scheduling meals, transfers, and addressing any basic queries from the team.
- Maintain a well-organized schedule to optimize the team's time and efficiency. - Communication and Liaison:
- Act as a central point of contact between the production team, contractors, and venue representatives.
- Liaise with all stakeholders to address any questions or concerns, ensuring clear and effective communication channels. - Problem-Solving:
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process.
- Employ quick thinking and effective problem-solving skills to ensure a smooth workflow. - Multitasking:
- Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, balancing competing priorities to meet deadlines.
- Adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment to support the dynamic nature of production. - Team Comfort:
- Prioritize the well-being and comfort of the production team to facilitate optimal performance.
- Work closely with relevant teams to create an environment conducive to successful recordings and seamless broadcast of competitions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in production management or related roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
- Familiarity with the entertainment or broadcasting industry is a plus.
A very high level of spoken and written English.
Knowledge of French will be an asset.
Knowledge of other languages is beneficial.
Starting date and conditions:
As soon as possible. A candidate should be self-employed. Successful candidates will be employed on a single-service agreement.
Salary (discussed individually) + extra amount to cover taxes will be sent monthly to your account. Additional bonuses may be granted following the successful completion of a project.
Hours:
Monday to Friday between 09:00 to 18:00.
