About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Product Manager to join our dynamic Kitchen Lifestyle team, responsible for overseeing and expanding our outdoor product portfolio under the BYSTRO and other brands. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing a diverse range of products category - Outdoor Kitchens, BBQs, Pizza Ovens, and Cooling Solutions. You will lead the entire product development lifecycle, from conducting in-depth market research and competitor analysis to creating product roadmaps and supporting successful product launches. Collaborating with multiple departments, including Purchasing, Technical, Marketing, and Quality Assurance, you will ensure that each product meets quality standards and aligns with customer needs. You will also play a key role in optimizing the e-commerce positioning of new products, ensuring timely online launches, and supporting retail pricing strategies.
As the Assistant Product Manager, you will take charge of managing product data and sample review processes, ensuring that all product information is accurate and up to date. You will coordinate cross-functional activities, helping to integrate the New Product Development (NPD) process smoothly across the business. Additionally, you will maintain close relationships with suppliers, gathering valuable market intelligence and new product ideas to support the product development pipeline. By identifying customer needs and analyzing market trends, you will provide key insights that shape future product offerings. You will also work alongside the Kitchen Lifestyle Category Manager to facilitate product training for the sales team and ensure that they are equipped with the knowledge to promote new products effectively.
About You:
To thrive in this role, you should have 3-5 years of experience in product management, ideally within the outdoor cooking lifestyle industry. You will need to demonstrate strong knowledge of outdoor kitchen products, possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and be comfortable working with data and analytics. A proactive, adaptable approach is key, as you will be managing multiple product lines and collaborating with both internal teams and external suppliers.
