Job description

Seddiqi Holding is a family-owned and managed company with a unique, diversified portfolio of businesses and brands across numerous sectors. The business includes Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons, Seddiqi Properties, Swiss Watch Services, and Mizzen.

We are looking for an Assistant Product Manager who will play a pivotal role in supporting the end-to-end product development lifecycle, collaborating closely with the Product Manager to ensure successful launch and optimization of products.

Key Responsibilities:

Product

  1. Collaborate with the Product Manager to contribute to the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
  2. Support the creation of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  3. Work with the UX/UI teams and development agency on existing and new projects.
  4. Work closely with logistics, procurement, marketing, CRM, and IT teams for the launch of new projects.
  5. Support the roll-out and implementation, ensuring that the developed technology is functioning seamlessly.
  6. Support and document UAT testing pre-launch.
  7. Work on website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, and traffic analysis.
  8. Write release documentation and train cross-functional teams on new product enablement.
  9. Ensure rollouts are aligned and delivered according to event calendars.
  10. Monitor product success metrics, track them, and improve them to form data-driven learnings.
  11. Assist in conducting market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings.

Product Content Management

  1. Support the creation and optimization of product content, including product descriptions, images, and other relevant information for the online platform.
  2. Ensure that product listings are accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  3. Monitor the products listed on multiple e-commerce platforms (inventory, pricing, descriptions, etc.).
  4. Analyze reviews/ratings to optimize the content and work with cross-functional/organizational teams for consumers to have the best experience with our brands and products.
  5. Work with the content team and brand teams to ensure timely updates are maintained across websites.

Marketing & Analytics

  1. Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute integrated advertising campaigns on Google (including YouTube and related), Instagram/Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms, as well as with the digital agency to influence decisions on day-to-day activities.
  2. Assist the team in improving consumer data, targeting, ROI, optimization, and measurement.
  3. Possess proficient knowledge across multiple digital channels like SEO, SEM, Display, and Video.

About You:

  1. 3 to 5 years of job-related experience, including 4-5 years of previous experience in retail integrated e-commerce and omnichannel within the retail sector, and 2-3 years of experience in project management.
  2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, business management, marketing, or any other related field.
  3. Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
