About the Role

1. Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the organization.
2. Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.
3. Collaborate with various teams to optimize processes and achieve operational goals.
4. Supervise and coordinate the work of operational staff to meet objectives.
5. Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
6. Assist in budget planning and cost control measures.
7. Maintain records and prepare reports on operational performance.
8. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

What do we need from you

1. Bachelor of Civil Engineering from a reputed university.
2. A minimum of 12 years of experience.
3. Any Planning Certification or equivalent.
4. Must have experience in Road Maintenance Industry & Bridge Projects.
