Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the organization.
- Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with various teams to optimize processes and achieve operational goals.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of operational staff to meet objectives.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in budget planning and cost control measures.
- Maintain records and prepare reports on operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering from a reputed university.
- A minimum of 12 years of experience.
- Any Planning Certification or equivalent.
