Job Purpose
Manage the teams on a shift within the function to ensure timely delivery of airline catering services in line with the SLAs, PTS and other key performance indicators.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Experience & Knowledge:
Minimum 6 years’ experience leading shifts in a large-scale operational activity in a logistics, catering and or airside environment. Experience leading a number of operations efficiency initiatives and service improvements.
Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively with all organisational levels.
Problem solving capabilities.
Ability to develop highly effective working relationships with internal and external networks.
Ability to effectively and creatively challenge people, situations and current thinking.
