Assistant Nurses and Caregivers

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Caregivers and Assistant Nurses who are experienced in PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy) feeding and tracheostomy care to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to our clients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personalized care and assistance to clients according to their individual needs and care plans.
2. Perform PEG feeding and ensure proper administration of prescribed medications and nutrition.
3. Perform tracheostomy care, including suctioning, cleaning, and maintaining the airway.
4. Monitor clients' health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel.
5. Assist with activities of daily living, mobility support, and personal hygiene as needed.
6. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and nurturing environment.
7. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any observations or incidents.
8. Collaborate effectively with other members of the care team to ensure the highest level of care for clients.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in caregiving or nursing assistance with expertise in PEG feeding and tracheostomy care is preferred.
2. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or equivalent certification/license required.
3. Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
6. Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling.
