Responsibilities:

1. Provide direct patient care and support to patients and families
2. Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions
3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient goals
4. Maintain accurate records and reports
5. Comply with MOH or DHA regulations and standards

Requirements:

1. Valid MOH /DHA license as a Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse
2. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (for Registered Nurses)
3. Diploma in Nursing (for Assistant Nurses)
4. Strong clinical skills and knowledge
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
