Job Title: Assistant Nurse - OPD
Job Type: Full-Time
Reports to: Nurse Supervisor / OPD Nurse Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate Assistant Nurse to join our Outpatient Department (OPD) in Sharjah. The role involves assisting registered nurses and physicians in providing high-quality care, managing patient flow, and supporting various clinical procedures in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in patient assessments and record vital signs (temperature, BP, pulse, etc.).
2. Prepare patients for examination and minor medical procedures.
3. Administer medications and treatments under supervision.
4. Maintain accurate patient records and assist with patient education.
5. Ensure the cleanliness and sterility of the OPD environment and equipment.
6. Provide patient support and respond to inquiries.
7. Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications: Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.
2. Experience: 1–2 years of nursing experience, preferably in an outpatient setting.
3. Skills: Strong knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care. Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
