Assistant Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Nurse with home care experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential nursing support and ensure high-quality patient care in a home setting.

Responsibilities

1. Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
2. Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health status.
3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
4. Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises.
5. Provide wound care and other medical procedures under supervision.
6. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
7. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in home care nursing.
2. Valid NA license.
3. Strong understanding of home care practices and hygiene standards.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Compassionate, patient, and attentive to detail.
6. Ability to work independently and handle emergencies.
