Job description

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Assistant Marketing Manager to support the marketing efforts for our Automotive Division. The role focuses on driving brand visibility, aligning with principal requirements, and executing marketing strategies that promote our products, services, and overall brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies in collaboration with the Brand Sales Manager and Automotive Director to enhance brand visibility for the Automotive Division.
  2. Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with the Company & principal's guidelines and expectations, managing compliance and communication with brand principals.
  3. Plan and execute campaigns across print, and in-person events, targeting both sales growth and brand-building objectives.
  4. Coordinate product launches, promotions, and events to support both pre-sales and after-sales activities.
  5. Work closely with the sales team to create and execute lead-generation strategies that convert into sales opportunities.
  6. Develop content for social media, online platforms, and other marketing materials to promote the brand's products and services.
  7. Manage relationships with group marketing department, vendors, and other external partners to ensure effective execution of marketing plans.
  8. Conduct market research and analyze data on competitors, market trends, and customer behavior to inform marketing decisions.
  9. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on key performance metrics.
  10. Support the promotion of after-sales services, ensuring that the brand experience extends beyond the initial purchase.
  11. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities to enhance the brand's presence in the market.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
  2. 10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive sector or a similar industry.
  3. Experience with managing automotive brand marketing in the UAE or GCC region.
  4. Strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign management, and brand promotion strategies.
  5. Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  6. Proficient in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
  7. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
