Job Summary

  • Develop, manage and implement an innovation and competitive annual strategic plan for the property to set clear prioritization of resources against budget to grow market share, brand preference and total revenue.
  • Leverage internal and external data, trends and insights to determine optimal hotel and outlet B2B and B2C segmentation, target identification per segment and competitive positioning against relevant competition.
  • Develop a public relations programme for the hotel based on its marketing goals. Target specific markets and develop the public relations strategies to reach these markets.
  • Manage and drive all marketing and public relations related activities for the hotel.
  • Create and manage the marketing budget.
  • Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
  • Work closely with design agencies and assist with new product launches.
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant hotel functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
  • Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.

Minimum Requirements:

Hotel experience in a similar role for at least 2 years is a must.
