Job Description:

Branding, marketing & its digital integration:

  • Implement the annual marketing calendar and its related activities in line with the approved annual marketing budget.
  • Plan and articulate the offline & digital marketing strategy. Analyze the investment, measure and report its ROI.
  • Manage & maintain online channel pages such as corporate website, web store, and social media.
  • Translate brand values into innovative marketing campaigns by continuously seeking consumer insights.
  • Ensure process effectiveness and timely delivery of all MH & MRC brand collaterals for internal and external usage.

Ecommerce campaign support:

  • Collaborate with the Ecommerce team to optimize all customer touch points such as landing pages and customer journey to drive customer retention.
  • Lead the planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting of performance marketing to help drive traffic to our website & app.
  • Translate insights into integrated Omni channel programs, including media-to-shelf, portfolio, and customer programs that engage and convert the shopper.

Social Media Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the Social Marketing specialist or Agency ensuring our communication plans drive reach, brand buzz, footfall, and brand love.
  • Produce & develop creative concepts for the website and social media that attract and convert our target groups.
  • Monitor social analytics to understand which campaigns are working.
  • Propel brand imagery via consistent visual selections for led, social & web/app store.
  • Review social calendar and schedule timely content posts promoting engaging content.
  • Ensure content is developed for multiple online social channels. Content library is updated through regular showroom, studio, lifestyle photo shoots & freelancer/agencies support.

Retail Servicing, seasonal activations & promotions (online & offline):

  • Lead the development and timely implementation of the promotions campaign plan including instore POS, banners & window design with appropriate promotional mix.
  • Periodically review the instore marketing collaterals and update & refresh them.
  • Ensure smooth replenishment of all marketing collaterals in showrooms.
  • Support the new product launch activities, collaterals, and campaigns.

Territory servicing – Oman, Bahrain & Qatar and future MH territories:

  • Liaise with Showroom Managers and develop the marketing calendar specific to the region.
  • Ensure consistency in social media posting to create the right buzz and retention.
  • Collaborate with key influencers in the regions to promote campaigns based on the marketing plan.
  • Lead the development and timely implementation of the promotions campaign plan including instore POS, banners & window design.
  • Manage all offline and online campaigns effectively.

New showroom launch:

  • Lead New Showroom Marketing strategy and execute grand opening activities that achieve new store team goals.
  • Review store site plans and renderings to develop effective temporary signage strategy to raise awareness of new location and ensure best possible visibility.
  • Order, build, and prepare marketing materials for each new store.
  • Develop content for print and digital materials to support outreach activities.
  • Ensure successful execution of brand initiatives, production of marketing materials that are on brand.
  • Partner with external agencies to develop press materials and media plans.

Special Campaigns:

  • Brainstorm and ideate the campaign plan with the team and own the end-to-end delivery of the campaigns such as Warehouse Sale, Ramadan, DSF, DSS, Anniversary campaigns, Mother’s day, etc.
  • Develop a compelling marketing plan, one that uses as much rich media and storytelling as you can muster in collaboration with the Communications Manager.
  • Boost engagement to increase traffic to social channels and website.

PR:

  • Ensure Company branding and literature is updated (boilerplate, company profile, etc.).
  • Collaborate with agencies on press releases, listings, articles for Marina Home brand visibility.
  • Develop a targeted PR strategy for Marina Home that includes building a robust database of media contacts within the home sector.

Qualifications:

  • PR background is preferred.
  • Experience in ATL/BTL is mandatory.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of mandatory experience in Retail fashion, luxury segment.
  • Well versed with influencer and social media marketing.
  • Knowledge of budget allocation/optimization.
  • Good experience in copywriting/content is preferred.

Travel Requirement: As necessary.
